SECTION 20 — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Free Returns Within 30 Days

We aim to respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Include original tags and packaging
- Not have been used for photoshoots, content creation, or social media
- Be returned within 7 days of receiving the return label
Unsaleable items may be rejected and returned to the sender.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers choosing store credit may receive a €100 bonus credit
- Store credit is valid for 12 months
SECTION 21 — MADE-TO-ORDER & TAILORING
Each MULVANNI coat is made to order and tailored to your measurements.
After purchase, customers may be asked to provide measurements while production is in progress.
All garments are handcrafted individually and not mass-produced.
Due to the custom-made nature of tailored items, minor variations may occur and are not considered defects.
