SECTION 20 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns Within 14 Days
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to our return conditions and applicable consumer rights.

Our team will respond within 48 business hours with a return label and instructions.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
- Items must not have been used for photoshoots or social media.
- Returns must be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the return label, without affecting applicable statutory rights.
- Credit note will be issued agains the order value exluding shipping coat
Items deemed unsaleable due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be subject to applicable deductions or other remedies permitted by law.
SECTION 21 - TAILORING & PRODUCTION
Each MULVANNI coat is individually handcrafted and made to order with attention to detail. Measurements may be requested after purchase to ensure the appropriate fit.
Our garments are produced individually rather than through mass production. Production timelines vary by design and are indicated on the relevant product page.
SECTION 22 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions were made available for review before checkout. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
